The Historical Archive Fund of Novi Sad received twenty maps and drawings from the 18th and 19^th century. These maps were now obtained from the Vienna State Archives. Several folders are displayed with surrounding Petrovaradin Fortress, Novi Sad and, on some, detailed view of the Danube shore.

From the archives of Vienna was delivered a few sketches of the Battle of Vezircu 1716th , when the Austrian army under the command of Prince Eugene of Savoy defeated the far superior army of the Ottoman Empire and forever stop their advance towards Central Europe. The maps and sketches  are available in the city Archive.
